The session\u201c Advancing models of care\u201d, including the presentation <em>\u201cReaching the unreached: a community-based service delivery model for dementia care in rural India\u201d<\/em>, provided valuable practical lessons on how to reach underserved populations through community networks\u2014an approach highly relevant to the Vietnamese context.
